1. Free Credits

IGEmailScraper offers new users 50 free credits to experience our services. These credits can be used to test our platform's features with no credit card required.
Note: Free credit users are eligible for credit refunds if duplicates occur within the same hashtag or the same user followers/user following task.

2. Credit Purchase Policy

All credit purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Credits never expire and can be used at any time. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital credits, refunds are generally not provided unless specific issues occur.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the credit pack purchase. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital credits, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at IGEmailScraper's discretion.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:


  • Technical Issues: Persistent issues that prevent you from using your credits effectively, despite attempts by our support team to resolve them (e.g., repeated task failures due to server errors).
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect billing, such as duplicate charges or incorrect credit pack amounts.
  • Misrepresentation of Features: If advertised features are not available or do not function as described.

Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios:


  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for personal reasons or a change of mind after the purchase of credits.
  • Improper Use: Refunds are not issued if the issue arises from incorrect inputs (e.g., invalid hashtags, private accounts) or misuse of credits.
  • Unused Credits: Credits do not expire and can be used at any time, therefore unused credits are not eligible for refunds.

4. Credit Refund for Duplicates

IGEmailScraper offers credit refunds only if duplicates are found within the same task, based on the hashtag or user followers/user following criteria.

  • We do not enforce global email uniqueness across different tasks to minimize resource usage
  • Credit refunds for duplicate results apply only if the scraping task has the same parameters (hashtag or user followers/user following).
  • If you encounter duplicates across separate tasks, they are not eligible for a credit refund due to the nature of our scraping process.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Include your account information, credit pack purchase details, and a brief description of the issue prompting your refund request.

6. Refund Processing

After reviewing your refund request, we will notify you of its approval or rejection via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are only processed to the original payment method used for the purchase (card payment or cryptocurrency).

7. Changes to Refund Policy

IGEmailScraper reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
